Projector heads turn and tilt so the galaxy lands where you want. Set the timer for bedtime: the projectors are bright and colourful, best switched off once the child is asleep.
The science in two lines
The projector models use a low power laser through a diffraction grating for the stars and LEDs behind a slowly rotating lens for the nebula, the same optics as a full size galaxy projector packed into a helmet. Eye-safe at these power levels, but not for staring into.
