Rachel Donovan –
Bought this for my son’s 8th birthday and he’s barely put it down. We set it up in the back garden on a clear evening and he spotted the craters on the Moon within about two minutes, shouting for his sister to come and look. He’s now asked for a book on planets and wants to stay up past bedtime ‘for science’. Easy for him to adjust on his own too, which I was pleased about.
Norman Pickering –
got this for our granddaughter and her smile when she saw the Moon up close was a picture. Lovely little thing. Spot on.
Hannah Whitlock –
Ordered again from here, as I do every Christmas, and it arrived well before the big day. The telescope is sturdy and the lad loves it. Only small niggle is that the tripod is a touch wobbly if you knock it, but it’s fine once you get used to being gentle. Good value for what it is.
Dave Wilson –
The Junior Telescope is quite fun, but it arrived a week late which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the instructions were only in German, which was odd. My kid still enjoys it but these things did throw us off initially.
Sarah Brown –
Bought the Junior Telescope for my niece. She spent hours checking out the stars in excitement. Good product, though it could be a tad sturdier. Otherwise, it’s a hit!
Tom Harris –
Got this telescope for my boy’s birthday, and he’s been thrilled. He even brings it to school for show and tell. Would have liked a bit more clarity, but it works great for his age.
Jessica Patel –
This is the third time I’ve bought from science-gifts.co.uk, and they’re always pretty solid. My daughter’s really gotten into stargazing lately. Only wish it came with a case!
Emma Clarke –
Decided to surprise my little one with this telescope. It’s been a rewarding journey watching her get fascinated by the night sky. Slightly bulkier than expected, but manageable.
John Simpson –
this telescope was just what we needed to pique our grandson’s interest in astronomy. he was over the moon, literally! wish the lenses were a bit easier to clean though.
Margaret Hollis –
bought this for my grandson’s 8th birthday and he hasn’t stopped talking about it. We set it up in the garden on a clear evening and he spotted the moon’s craters straight away, then wanted to stay out past bedtime to look for more. He’s already asked for a book about planets, so a cracking gift all round.

Spot on for the price. Light enough to carry about and simple to focus.
