2. Order Processing Time
Your parcel is prepared within 0 – 48 hours after payment confirmation (Monday – Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

4. Where Your Parcel Leaves From
Most items are dispatched from our logistics hub in Shenzhen, China, the rest from warehouses in the USA and France.
6. Late or Lost Parcels
A parcel is classed as late if it has not arrived 10 working days after the maximum delivery window. If this occurs, we will:
- Open an investigation with the carrier.
- Offer you a free replacement or full refund once the parcel is confirmed lost.
