Helen Marsden –
Bought this for my daughter’s bedroom and she’s been lying under it every night since it arrived. The colours are lovely and the nebula effect looks properly dreamy on the ceiling. Only reason it’s not five stars is the brightness could do with going a notch higher when the room isn’t fully dark.
Dr Alan Pritchard –
Curious about how it works, so I had a look at the thing once the grandchildren had gone home. A rotating coloured glass disc sits in front of an LED, and a lens throws the image onto the wall while a motor turns it slowly, which gives that drifting, cloudy look. Simple but clever, and it works a treat. The remote is responsive too and I can change the speed from the sofa. Chuffed with it.
Mike Thornton –
Third gadget I’ve ordered from here and this one’s another good ‘un. Arrived quicker than I expected, set up in two minutes flat. The stars are a touch blurry at the edges of the room but the middle of the ceiling looks cracking.
Priya Shah –
Does what it says. My son is nine and obsessed with space, so it’s gone down well, and the timer function means he’s not left with it on all night. The base feels a little lightweight but nothing to grumble about.
Margaret Doyle –
Got this for our Oliver and his little face lit up when I switched it on. He said it was like having his own planetarium. Lovely.
Margaret Hollis –
Bought this for my granddaughter Poppy, who’s six and scared of the dark. She gasped when it came on and now she asks to go to bed early so she can lie there watching the stars drift across her ceiling. Slept right through the first night, which her mum was chuffed about. Worth every penny.
Daniel Pritchard –
spot on. fills the whole ceiling with swirling colours.
