Rachel Thornton –
Bought this for my study and my eight-year-old claimed it within an hour. He’s been spinning it and hunting for countries he’s heard on the news, and he asked if we could find where his cousin lives in Canada. The engraving is really crisp, even the smaller islands are readable. Sits on the shelf looking far more expensive than it was.

Lovely thing. Got it for our granddaughter’s birthday and her smile when she unwrapped it was worth every penny. She’s put it on her bedside table.
Priya Nair –
i’m one of those people who needs to know how things work, so I had a good look at the mounting. The glass sphere sits snugly in its stand and turns with almost no resistance, no wobble or squeak at all. The colours are softer than I expected, a sort of muted antique look that suits our hallway table perfectly. The engraving lines are fine and even all the way round, which I checked with a torch because I’m that sort of person.

Really pleased with it, looks cracking on the desk. Only thing is it’s a touch heavier than I’d guessed, so check your shelf is sturdy. Otherwise no complaints.
Doreen Whitfield –
Perfect. My grandson couldn’t stop grinning.
Callum Reid –
Ordered from here a few times now (the planetarium projector was a hit last Christmas) and this one’s up to the usual standard. Packed well, arrived on time, and looks smashing next to my old books. Bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t mind a slightly bigger version.

The globe itself is pretty, no argument there. But it took nearly three weeks to turn up, well past the date I was given, and I’d bought it as a gift so had to hand over an IOU instead. Packaging was fine in the end and nothing was damaged. Just be aware if you’re ordering for a deadline.
Margaret Hollins –
bought this for my grandson Alfie’s bedroom and he hasn’t stopped spinning it since the postie dropped it off. He’s already found Australia, Iceland and “where Nana was born”. Cracking little thing, and it looks lovely on his shelf.
Daniel Whitcombe –
Spot on.
