Karen Mitchell –
Looks great and the shape is a talking point, but it’s smaller than I expected. Holds a standard measure of gin and tonic with barely any room for ice, so I’m sticking to short cocktails in it. Arrived quickly and well wrapped at least.
Oliver Bennett –
bought this for my 9 year old daughter’s science-themed birthday party (non-alcoholic mocktails for the kids, obviously) and she was beside herself. She spent ten minutes just holding it up to the window going ‘it’s a proper bulb, Dad!’ The glass is thick enough to survive a clumsy eight-year-old, which is more than I can say for most of our tumblers. Half the guests asked where it came from.
Priya Shah –
Lovely little thing, the glass has a nice weight and the bulb shape sits steadily on the table. Only reason it’s not five stars is that it needs a bit of care when washing, so no dishwasher for this one. Still chuffed with it.
Margaret Hughes –
Got this for my grandson who loves his inventions. He grinned from ear to ear when he opened it. Lovely glass, very well made.
Margaret Hollis –
Bought the light bulb glass for my grandson’s 18th and he was chuffed to bits. He wouldn’t stop showing it to his mates, then spent ten minutes working out what to put in it (lemonade, I made sure). Arrived well wrapped by the postie too.
Daniel Fairbrother –
spot on. Looks just like a proper Edison bulb sat on the shelf, and it got plenty of comments at our last dinner party.
