Helen Marsden –
Looks properly strange on the sideboard, in a good way. Took a few goes to get the vase hovering at the right height, but once it settled it stayed put. Only reservation is that it’s a bit lighter than I pictured, so I’d keep it away from the cat.
Callum Bishop –
Bought this for my daughter’s 9th birthday and she hasn’t stopped poking at it. She kept sliding her hand under the vase to find the string, and when she couldn’t, she announced it was ‘actual magic’. I had to explain that the magnets in the base push and pull against the ones in the coral piece until they balance out. She’s now testing every fridge magnet in the house. Cracking buy, and it looks lovely on her bookshelf too.

Ordered another one after the first, so you know I’m a fan. Same standard of finish as my last bits from here, nice weighty ceramic base. Postie brought it a day later than I expected, but no harm done. Just wish the colour were a touch brighter.
Doreen Whitaker –
Got this for my grandson. His little face lit up when it floated. Lovely thing.
Margaret Hollis –
Bought this for my grandson’s birthday and he hasn’t left it alone since. He kept waving his hand underneath the vase to check there were no strings, then called his mum in to see. Cracking little gift, and it’s pride of place on his windowsill now.
Daniel Fraser –
brilliant. the vase just hangs there above the ceramic base and looks properly surreal.
