Martin Hollis –
Bought this for the desk in my study and it’s a cracking little talking point. The warm glow looks properly retro, and setting the time was easy enough. Only reservation is that it’s a touch smaller than the photos suggested, but I’m still glad I got it.
Priya Nair –
the clock itself looks lovely and keeps good time, but the instructions were only in a tiny folded sheet with really small print and a couple of steps didn’t make sense. Took me a good twenty minutes and a bit of YouTube to work out how to change the display settings. Fine once sorted, just a faff.
Gemma Whitlock –
Got this for my son who’s 11 and obsessed with anything that glows or ticks. He sat there for ages asking how the bulbs make the numbers, so we ended up reading about the old Nixie tubes together and how the glowing digits were shaped. Now it sits pride of place on his bookshelf and he checks it before he checks his phone. Brilliant gift, and he’s chuffed to bits.
Ronald Bexley –
Bought for my grandson Alfie. His smile when he opened it was a picture. Spot on.
Clare Higgins –
My grandson’s eyes lit up when we switched on the Nixie Bulb Clock. He was thrilled, kept asking how it worked, and now it’s a centrepiece in his room. Proper chuffed.
James Cartwright –
The design fascinates me. Captures that brilliant 50s vibe while showing the time in such a unique way. The glow from the bulbs is captivating, and watching the numbers change has become a part of my daily ritual. Spot on.
