Ordered another one of these for the office after getting one last year, so yes, I’m a repeat offender. Wood feels solid and the magnets click into place nicely. Only niggle is the numbers are a touch smaller than I’d like from across the room, but on my desk it’s perfect.

Bought this for my husband’s study and I ended up fiddling with it more than he did! You slide the magnetic blocks round to set the day, date and month, and there’s a clever bit where the numbers can only sit in certain slots, so it works for every month of the year without any fuss. Our eight-year-old now insists on changing it every morning before school and has started asking why February is so short. Lovely bit of woodwork too.

Got this for my grandson’s birthday. He grinned from ear to ear. Spot on.

bought this for my grandson who’s nine and he’s been moving the little magnetic pieces every morning before school. Won’t let anyone else touch it! He proudly told his whole class about it, and I’m chuffed to bits. Spot on.

Brilliant bit of kit. The wooden blocks sit neatly together and the magnets hold the date in place, so you just shift the pieces each day and it never needs resetting. Looks cracking on my desk.
