Looks lovely on the sideboard in the lounge and the little coloured bubbles drift about in a way that’s oddly calming. Took a day or so to settle after I unpacked it. Reads a degree or two off my wall thermometer, but I’m not fussed as it’s more of a showpiece for me.

third thing I’ve ordered from here and the packing was as careful as ever, no complaints there. Round shape is a nice change from the usual tall tube ones. Sits on my desk at work and gets comments every week. Stand is a touch lightweight, that’s my only quibble.

Bought for my grandson Callum, who’s nine and mad about science. His face when he saw the bubbles bobbing up and down! Now he checks it every morning before school. Lovely.

my son absolutely enjoyed this. Isn’t it great when science meets décor? He’s been proudly showing it to anyone who visits our house. A right talking point at the tea table.

I’ve always been intrigued by temperature in such quirky forms. The spherical design is such a beauty, fits marvellously on my work desk. Watching the glass orbs gently float up and down is oddly soothing. Spot on for anyone wanting a science twist to their interior.
